• Service Type - Whether you have a pre-arrangement with a funeral home or not you must select either funeral (traditional burial) or cremation. 

  • When selecting funeral, arrangements will be made for the immediate return of the member to their local funeral home.  

  • When selecting cremation,  cremation services can be completed at location of death.  However, the full body return of a loved one is always encouraged so family and friends can say goodbye and begin the grieving process.  With that being said, we honor the families wishes.

  • A couple constitutes 2 people living at the same address.  No other requirements.​

    • Married couple, roommates, Parent/Child, Siblings, etc...​

  • Check both boxes, Participant & Marketer​​

  • Click confirm & pay

    • You will receive a confirmation email that your enrollment is being processed​

    • You will receive a welcome packet in the mail within 2 weeks of your order.
